Enquiry All Students seeking admission to schools under J-PACT are to approach the respective school(s) to enquire about the registration procedures. Please note that admission procedures will differ across the different schools. Eligibility Eligible International Students and RS who wish to seek admission to Junior Colleges or Centralised Institutes in Singapore are eligible to apply for the Junior Colleges Principals Academy Certification Test (J-PACT) at the level appropriate for their age cohort, refer to the permissible age range by clicking here. 3. Supporting Documents (compulsory) required for J-PACT Online Application: • Application Form - Duly completed and acknowledged: - Applicant’s Particulars, i.e. Full Name, ID number, DOB, etc - Academic Information - Application Details - Contact Person’s Particulars, i.e. Parent/Guardian/Agent, mailing address, etc • Applicant’s digital photograph (preferably passport-sized photograph): - Photograph must not be more than 6 months’ old - File size should not exceed 2MB • Test Fee Payment Option: - Debit/Credit Card - PayNow (refer to the online application form for specific detail) - Cheque / Bank Draft / Cashier's Order in Singapore Dollars (refer to the online application form for specific detail) 4. Test Fee (No refund of test fees for absence or withdrawal from the test): • J-PACT – JC/MI : SGD 340.00 5. J-PACT Application Submission: • Applicants are to register online (Each applicant only needs to be registered once; multiple registration will be denied). 6. Application form received after the closing date will NOT be processed. 7. Applications will be accepted up to the closing registration date or when the upper limit is reached, whichever is earlier. 8. Candidates are to ascertain that the “Level Applying” and “Date of Test” indicated is correct. NO alterations will be entertained after submission of the application. 9. Strictly NO change or replacement of candidate allowed after submission of application. 10. Candidates residing overseas are recommended to provide a local contact address and a contact person in Singapore. This is to ensure that the candidates are informed of any new updates from time to time. In the event a local contact address is unavailable, we will accept oversea mailing address – all courier charges will be borne by the candidate. 11. The Letter of Confirmation issued by Principals Academy will serve as the entry proof for the test. For verification purposes, all candidates sitting for the test should have the Letter of Confirmation and their original passport on the actual test day. This is the only form of identification that will be accepted. The documents must be valid / not expired at registration and on the test day. 12. J-PACT results are valid for 6 months. Candidates are not allowed to retake J-PACT within the same academic year. 13. J-PACT results will be posted to the mailing address within 30 days from the date of test. 14. J-PACT papers will remain the property of the Principals Academy and will not be released to any schools or candidates. 15. J-PACT is a certification test for admission consideration and not a centralized posting exercise. The J-PACT results do not guarantee the candidate a place in any particular school. 16. J-PACT participating schools have the right to conduct its own admission or streaming test in addition to the J-PACT. 17. Admission exercise for JCs in Singapore takes places in November - January. Admission is for entering into Pre-University 1 level. 18. Principals Academy reserves the rights to postpone or cancel a scheduled test due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, candidates may choose to request for a refund or apply for another test date.
